Do you pick up and deliver?
HPI offers free pick up and delivery in Houston and surrounding areas. Please contact a service advisor to schedule your free pick up. If you are outside our pick up zone, ship items via your carrier of choice (UPS, FED EX, etc) to 6633 Polk Street, Houston, TX. 77011 Attn: Repair/Calibration Dept.
What is your turnaround time?
We make every effort to have your gages ready within 7-10 working days. Please contact customer service for current turnaround time.
Is an expedited service offered?
Yes, for an extra fee we offer a 24hr, 48hr or 3 day service. Please contact a service advisor for more details.
When will I be advised of repairs?
A service advisor will contact you after the unit has been evaluated.
Do you offer any warranties?
60 days for mechanical equipment.
Do you have a recall system?
Yes, a service advisor will email or fax calibration notice a month prior to the equipment coming due.
