Shipping Terms: Freight is prepaid/add. We reserve the right to ship the cheapest, practical route, unless otherwise specified.

Drop Shipments to the "User" or any other destination FOB manufacture must be authorized.

Sales Tax: Prices DO NOT include any Sales Tax which many be imposed by any taxing authority. Sales Tax will be charged unless Tax Exemption Certificate is supplied.

Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to the company within ten working days after receipt of merchandise.

Responsibility: HP Inc. ceases to be responsible for delivery upon the acceptance of a shipment by a transportation company, as evidenced by a receipt from the common carrier, the purchase and sale of all products being completed at point of shipment.

Price Changes: Discounts, net prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. HP Inc will in good faith advise our customers as to any changes in terms and conditions.

Credit/Returns - No returns or credit is acceptable without written authorization.
Discrepancies in repairs/calibration must be reported within 10 working days.

Warranty - Houston Precision Inc. warrants its workmanship to be free from defects for 60 days from the date of shipment. At our option, we will repair or replace any defective product upon confirmation of poor quality workmanship, prepaid, properly packed to our facilities in Houston, Texas. This warranty applies to all services that have not been successfully performed. Any unauthorized tampering, misuse or neglect will make this warranty null and void. All products serviced must be used in a normal industrial environment. Under no circumstances will Houston Precision, Inc. or any affiliate have any liabilities for loss or for any indirect or consequential damages.
